ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Swift message not generating correctly from MSDTRFFT screen

When we try to generated MT399 from MSDTRFFT screen the swift message generated is not correct.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Message should be proper

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a free format message
2. Save,Auth and verify the message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see multiple header lines
