On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Transfer conf. message not generating, when OTO message has MstrRef tag with more than 20 character
OTC ( transfer In leg ) and OOC ( transfer Out leg ) message are not getting generated , when incoming OTO ( transfer out instruction ) is having more the 20 characters in tag.
For eg : 306949 Abcdefgh 24836
