Unable to save BC contract in BCDTRONL


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BC contract should be created successfully in BCDTRONL


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Load BCDTRONL
2. Fetch product code in Arabic version.
3. System throws error 'BC-UPLOTH'


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create BC contract
