ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In rule slab card alignments are not proper and inconsistent behavior occurs such as some times filmstrip carousel is coming and some times it's not coming

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In rule slab, card alignments should be proper and no inconsistent behavior should occur.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into OBDX as checker -> go to 'pending for approval' widget or 'reroute or prioritize'.
2. click assign link -> resolve workflow overlay will be open
3. In rule slab card alignments are not proper
4. Also inconsistent behavior occurs such as some times filmstrip carousel(>) is coming and some times not coming

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
