ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PBDOTONL: The error details from OBVAM is not shown properly for credit account related

The OBVAM returning error are not shown properly on the screen for the user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the error returned by OBVAM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Launch PBDOTONL screen
2) Key in the credit account as VAM which has credit restricted in OBVAM
3) Click on save and auth
Even though OBVAM sends proper error, OBPM is not showing the generic error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to get the proper error which is return from OBVAM.
