ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When rate is changed in CYDRATEE from FCUBS HO branch, then all branches in FCUBS are updated the modified exchange rate because of 'Copy Exchange Rates to Branches' flag in Bank parameters maintained in STDBNKPM.
But in OBBRN, only HO rate is changed. Other branches are not updating.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In obbrn, all the branches to be updated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the exchange rate in Head office branch in FCUBS
2. verify whether other branches are updated in FCUBS
3. Login to OBBRN
4. Verify whether the exchange rate is updated in HO and other branches.
