ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User able to amend LC amount without extending expiry date of LC.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LC amount should not be amended without extending the LC expiry date.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Select a LC contract for which expiry date is already passed.
2.Go to LCDAMEND
3.Try to amend the contract amount.
4.System allows to amend the LC contract amount.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Expired LC contracts are not getting validated.
