Pricing is not getting picked for pre-funded instrument issue in PIDINSIS on clicking Enrich

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pricing details to be picked on enrich for pre-funded instrument issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch PIDINSIS
2. Click new and input the details
3. Select the prefunded GL as Yes
4. Click enrich and verify whether pricing is getting defaulted.
