Symptoms

"Check Transaction Status" is not working. Below error is observed.

ERROR

System cannot process,please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user.
2. Go to Payments > Transfers > Adhoc Internal Transfer
3. On successful payment, click on Check Transaction Status on confirmation screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view transaction status.
