ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user does a Carry Forward option from ECA Queue, the transaction is not available in the ECA Queue for both Maker and Checker.
Analysis:
In the view PQVW_QUEUE_ECA of the screen PQSECAQU, the status 'F' is not handled for the current_status condition.
