ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Empty charge description is displayed in Liquidity Management(LM) when charge inquiry is conducted.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charge description should not be empty in LM when charge inquiry is conducted.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application.
2. Go to charges inquiry -> Check charges description.
3. 'No matches found' is appearing.
