While Trying to Create Remittance Id Using Bulk Upload Option, File Upload Is Failing at Verified Stage (Doc ID 3009229.1)

Symptoms

While trying to create Remittance ID using bulk upload option, file upload is failing at Verified stage with below errors in generated error report file.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid Validity Start Date.
Action is invalid or missing.
The party id provided is not valid. Please provide a valid party id.
Invalid Virtual Identifier.
Invalid IBAN Required Flag.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Virtual Account Management > Create Remittance ID > Create remittance.
3. Click on Bulk File Upload button and upload file for Create remittance . File gets stuck at Verified stage.
