Account/Customer replication to PLATOCORE is not happening since EXT_STATUS and PROCESS_STATUS are updated as 'X' instead of ‘U’ in sttb_req_master.

if we update the status to U ,then it is picked up by EXT_ASYNCCALL job and processed properly.
