On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

PS24_19_34863649 Error on new CL product parameterization

User cannot save new CL product (CLDPRMNT), due to err Formula cannot be defined for Ad-hoc charges component CL-PRD-991.
User  tried to copy one exiting product, ARPD, just with Copy/Save, no other changes were performed for new product.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
.Maintain the formula in CLDCMPCL(Product Component Class) for adhoc charge
 for a class code.
 2.During Product creation ,default the class code where the formula is
 defined for Ad-hoc charge component.
3.Save the product
 4.Error should be raise 'CL-PRD-991' saying 'Formula cannot be defined for
 Adhoc charge components'
