Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TD Account Opening (TDO1)
Even though a customer panel is available, customer information couldn't be shown.

BC Operation (Payment, Cancel, Refund, Revalidate)
DD Operation (Payment, Cancel, Refund, Revalidate)
There is no customer panel on screens even though IS_CUSTOMER_PANEL_REQUIRED - Y in BRANCHCOMMON.SRV_TM_BC_FUNCTION_INDICATOR table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A customer panel should be available to show the account-related transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the customer panel on the screens.
2. Verify whether the customer panel is displayed.
