ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBPM || PBDOTONL || Failing to fetch the UDFs in Auto Auth user

After deployed the patches(35953780, 35873760), Now, the charges are getting fetched.
However, for the auto authorized user the UDFs are not getting fetched in the Debit Advice. Bank will be using the auto authorized functionality as well and hence kindly fix this.
For the users which are not auto authorized, UDFs are getting fetched in the advice.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should fetch the UDF in debit advice for auto authorized users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to PBDOTONL after configuration of Advice
2. Do a transaction with auto auth user.
3. Go to PBSOVIEW and fetch the transaction.
4. Go to All messages sub-screen and click on Message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to get the UDF in debit advice.
