Symptoms

While creating Initiate Outward Guarantee/Stand By LC below errors are observed on Local Undertaking and Charges tab.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
Timed out exception.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Initiate Outward Guarantee/Stand By LC.
3. System cannot error and Timed out exception is observed on Local Undertaking and Charges tab respectively.
