OBBRN/OBPM: Sweep Facility Not Working While Doing OBPM/OBBRN Transaction (Doc ID 3010398.1)

We created 2 CASA account, a primary and a cover account, which we linked for sweep in.

While doing transaction in OBPM AND OBBRN from the Primary account it should consider the cover account for balance, which was not happening.

Note: While doing DE transaction sweep-in facility is working fine
