Goal

1)CL account mask is maintained as (@PROD)(@SEQ)7

2)the sequence with which the CL accounts are created will be TRSQ_(eg. TRSQ_3019)

3)CL accounts generated for a product  is 10 for a day . and last CL account generated will be 30190000010

4)As part of end of day the sequence gets reset and same numbers are generated next day as well resulting in the duplicate account number generation issue.
