Not Able to Create Repeat Transfers with Virtual Accounts (Doc ID 3010419.1)

While trying to create a Repeat Transfer / Schedule Transfer with Virtual Account below error is observed on the screen.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Transfers > Repeat Transfers - Existing Payee.
3. Select Existing Payee and try creating repeat transfer with Virtual Account.
