Initiate Letter of Credit Rejected by Host Due to Missing Serial Number Column in LC Details Section 42C (Doc ID 3010486.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating Letter of Credit from Initiate Letter of Credit screen it is observed that on LC Details tab, section 42C does not have Serial Number column which is present in UM (User Manual). If this section is left blank then it works fine but with Tenor details record added in 42C with missing Serial Number column, below error is observed in OBRH Response and OBDX Screen.

"message": "Attempted to access 'null' on a null value at DEFAULTENTITY/OBDX_22.2.0.4.0/TRADE_LC_CREATE/OBTFPM_Routing_LC_Create/OBTFPM_Transformation_LC_Create/RequestTransformationTemplate[line 298, column 57]"

OBDX Screen:
Initiate Letter of Credit rejected by Host.
Status: Rejected by Host.
Reason: Timed out exception.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Initiate Letter of Credit.
3. Fill details for 42C on LC Details Tab and other details and save and confirm after approval from checker user.
