Symptoms

OBO - Couldn't able to proceed after clicking APPLY button in the product catalog screen


We are trying to perform CASA on boarding via OBO application and reached till Product Catalog screen, upon selecting the business product and clicking on APPLY button, the system is throwing error on Gateway time out.

504 gateway timeout



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business Process maintained through below screenshot.
2. Business Product maintained which we have given in business process
3. Tried to open “Instance saving account” but getting “Gateway Timeout” Issue
