XP: Unable To View Modified Settlement Account In XPDPMNT Screen (Doc ID 3010717.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to View modified Settlement account as well as Settlement acc. not editable in XPDPMNT screen

Once a record is saved in XPDTRONL and payment manually is carried out in XPDPMNT screen. User would like to change the settlement account (Credit Leg) say different CASA of the vendor.

User unlocks the record that was saved authorized in XPDTRONL screen. Modifies the settlement account as per requirement then successfully modifies and authorized. Now when visiting the XPDPMNT screen, user still sees the old settlement account provided during first save and authorize of the XP contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

New Account should reflect in the Settlment

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the Settlment account for a XP Contract
2. Try doing the Payment and check the account

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find new account
