SE (FCUBSSecuritiesService/CreateSecuritiesDeal) Getting Issue For Hold Status (Doc ID 3011362.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When we upload a Sell Deal (FCUBSSecuritiesService/CreateSecuritiesDeal) via API with upload status as HOLD, the system uploads partial information but when user uploads the same request as unauthorized then it works as expected.

Expected Behavior

When user upload a Sell Deal (FCUBSSecuritiesService/CreateSecuritiesDeal) via API with upload status as HOLD, this will stores all data and only the status need to be hold.

Steps

1. Upload a sell deal via APIth status as Hold
2. check the response
3. Also test the same in FCUBS application, where all the data is found with Hold status.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users cannot creates the API with hold status as its behavior is partial data only stored.
