Error 'Invalid Length for Description' Is Observed While Submitting New Term Deposit for Both Domestic and International Bank Payment (Doc ID 3011394.1)

Symptoms

While submitting new term deposit for both Domestic and international Bank Payment following error occurs,

Invalid length for description

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application as corporate user.
2. On new term deposit screen select maturity instruction as "Renew principal and payout the interest" and interest as "Domestic bank account".
3. After filling all the details click on submit. It will give Invalid length for description error.
