ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong value date in accounting during Back dated amendment to increase the interest rate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Adjustment ACCR accounting entries should be posted with respective schedule due date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do back value dated interest rate change for an account such that first schedule due date > vami effective date.
2. Check the value date of adjustment ACCR entries passed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to derive the correct value date for adjustment ACCR entries posted.
