Symptoms

OBPM - 14.6.0.4.0 - Inbound Cross Border Transaction Failing At Authorization.

Authorizing Inbound cross border transaction from PXDITONL is failing with error.


ERROR

SYSERROR - System Error Occurred
ST-SAVE-022 - Failed to Authorize the Record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Inbound Transaction from PXDITONL
2. Submit the same for SAVE
3. When Checker Authorizes the txn, system is throwing error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the txn
