ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CL account is not authorized from CLDACCNT screen
We tried to create CL account from CLDACCNT with auto auth user. But the account is creating with unauthorized status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User has auto auth role. system should authorized the details automatically
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new CL account using CLDACCNT with Auto-auth user
2. Submit the details upon filling the required details.
3. Account details are not authorized at the Master table.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users testing for CL Account creation with AutoAuth user.
