Symptoms
LC Amendment Acceptance is failing due to counterparty name limitation,
It's working when counterparty name is under 35 characters but upon exceeding that limit, below error is observed,

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX
2. Navigate to Trade finance > letter of credit > export letter of credit > LC amendement acceptance
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
