Trade Finance Issue |Unable To View Shipping Guarantee

Symptoms
While reading the shipping guarantee contract, if the content id is not coming as part of the OBTF response, that time the following error occurs.
Though details are not present for content id, user should be able to view the contract instead of getting generic error.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX
2. Go to List of Recently Issued Shipping Guarantees
3. Click on the Guarantee Reference number -> "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." error is coming
