ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBVAM, Create Corporate Specific Rule ID screen throwing error when user passes Date Format from UI.
And UI date format is different from date format in service, so it is failing during validation.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In OBVAM, Create Corporate Specific Rule ID screen should not throw error when user passes Date Format from UI different from service.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application.
2. Go to Create Corporate Specific Rule ID screen.
3. Choose Date Format from LOV
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Create Corporate Specific Rule ID screen as expected.
