Incorrect Daily ACCR For CL Account

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Daily accrual for the Loan accounts is not proper. The total amount accrued for the month is correct. But system is accruing only for few days and not the whole month.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Our expectation is:
Ex: schedule date from 1-Jan-24 to 1-Feb-24, the number of day between both schedule is 31days.
The system should be posting daily ACCR for 31 days.
Now the system is accruing only for 20 days.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a CL account
2. Run EOD
3. Verify the accrual entries posted.
