Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank is deploying patch-set 14.2.0.11.0 till 14.2.0.19.0. Batch ELBUTILS gets stuck every time when EOD is executed. Bank having Flexcube and ELCM co-deployed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EOD should not stuck

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy till PS 14.2.0.19.0
2. Run EOD

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with EOD and Patch set testing and deployment.
