OBTR - MM Contract Reversal - Failed In Reversal Of Payment Message | ReST URLs

While Reversing the MM contract, payment message generation went to repair. OBTR accounting entries are posted but failed in OBPM entries.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Booked a MM contract, payment message generated.
2. Accounting entries were posted in OBTR and OBPM
3. Reversed the MM contract, payment message generation went to repair.
4. OBTR accounting entries posted but failed in OBPM entries.

Due to this issue, users cannot reverse a MM Contract completely.
