Error Thrown While Doing VAMI From Gateway (Doc ID 3014339.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot save VAMI for a loan account through the gateway. The following error is thrown.

ERROR

Account Save Failed with error : ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FLEXUCBS"."CLTB_ACC_COLLLNKDTL_AMD"."LIABILITY_NO")'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Frame a CreateVami request to FCUBSCLService by inputting the VAMI details of the loan
2. Verify the response received.
