OBPM - Payment Message Generation On Currency Holiday (Doc ID 3014616.1)

Symptoms

OBPM - Payment Message Generation of Currency Holiday.

When a Bill Liquidation is done on Currency holiday, Payment Message generation - MT202 is not happening on the same day,
Instead, it is moved to Queue and is processed on the next working day.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Bank wants to generate the swift message (202) immediately once the contract is liquidated on currency holiday.
It should be released from the bank on the same day.


ERROR
-----------------------
PA-TXP-006 - Value Date is in Future. Payment is Rescheduled
PM-SVEX-002 - Transaction Failed and Moved to Queue


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Booked a contract in IBDTRONL.
2.Done liquidation of the contract (USD currency Bill) in IBDTRONL screen on Sunday which is a currency holiday.
3.Gen Payment message generated to OBPM.
4.When we see the status of the payment in IFSTFPQU screen, the process status is repair, and the reasons are
  "1.PA-TXP-006; Value Date is in Future. Payment is Rescheduled.
  2.PM-SVEX-002; Transaction Failed and Moved to Queue."
5.The transaction is processing on next working day and 202 is generated.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, payment messages are not generated on ccy holiday
