Symptoms

A new Facility is being created for the customer through CP Amendment.

In Initiation Stage, when user clicks on Next, system is throwing error.


ERROR
-----------------------
GE-EXT-005 - Failed to Save the Record
GE-EXT-005 - This field LC12 cannot be duplicated, please enter a unique value.
GE-EXT-007 - Replication to Common core failed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate (CP) Amendment application.
2. In the Facility Amendment initiation stage --> Go to Basic Info Stage capture the new facility & new collateral details.
3. Click Next for the next data segment, simulation call request goes to Back office for ELCM handoff validations when click on Next button.
4. Error displayed stating that core replication failed.
