Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBVAM transactions are sometimes not getting updated in VAS tables.
There were couple instances where the VAS table not getting updated, but VAT and VAM tables are getting updated properly.
1.Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OBVAMVASAE.PK01_VAS_TB_ENTRIES) violated(Logs attached {uniqueConstraint_error.zip})
2.Exception Description: Objects cannot be written during a UnitOfWork, they must be registered.(Logs attached {SQLException})
Because of this the account balance is getting changed but transaction details are not coming in transaction enquiry and statements.

Successful transactions details should be updated in transaction enquiry and statements.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application
2. Perform Transactions
3. Do transaction enquiry for the successful transaction.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see transaction details in transaction enquiry and statements.
