Debit Restricted Account should be allowed for Credit Posting
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank is expecting only Debit leg should be restricted and Credit leg should be allowed to post the Accounting entry.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post accounting for Debit Restricted Account from OBDX, Credit leg is not allowing.
