ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Incoming Cross Boarder Transaction, when user selects Charge Whom OUR/BEN/NULL, system is passing only SHA and processing the transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user selects Charge whom BEN/OUR/NULL, system should pass respective Charge whom values not SHA.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post Incoming Cross Boarder Bank Transfer Transaction without capturing Charges in the transaction with Charge Whom BEN/OUR/NULL.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users could post txn with charge whom type SHA only.
