Issue Cannot Delete Loan Account VAMI Through Gateway (Doc ID 3016231.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users cannot delete the new VAMI for the loan through the gateway as the error "Failed to Delete" is thrown.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to delete the unauth VAMI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new VAMI of loan number through gateway with status UN-Authorize.
2. Delete new VAMI of loan number through gateway with status UN-Authorize.
