Local Instrument Code field validation in PCDAOTXN

Query:

Pacs003 is getting dispatched.

Expected:

Please clarify, if Network code will resolved based on the Local Instrument Code then Is it possible to include LOV for the field OR some validation.
Because it is text field and user can input wrong value in the field.

STEPS

-------

  1. Create SDD outgoing collection via PCDAOTXN.
  2. Provide Local Instrument Code any characters in Additional Detail section.
  3. Dispatch the pacs003 file.
