FCUBS - ICTB_INTRADAY_ACC_ENTRIES Are Not Processing And Entries Passed Are Marked as 'N'

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCUBS - ICTB_INTRADAY_ACC_ENTRIES Are Not Processing And Entries Passed Are Marked as 'N'
On month end, EOD is failed for 001, on investigation it is found that few entries in ICTB_INTRADAY_ACC_ENTRIES table were failed. So, site has marked them as 'U' and tried to reprocess but it's failing again.
Now they have marked the status as 'X' and stop IC for the accounts in order to complete the EOD, but it is needed to process those entries on next EOD.
Additionally, there are few more accounts where entry passed is 'N' in ictb_entries_history, and profit is not paid to customer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

EOD should be run without any issue and ILIQ should be triggered properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run EOM
2. CASA ILIQ is not fired for few accounts

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Interest liquidation is not fired.
