OBBRN -BC Charges Are Populating in the BC Operation Screens.
BC Payment and BC cancellation charges are not reflecting when user tries to do payment or cancel the BC.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charges to be reflected in the BC Operations Screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBBRN and launch BC operations Screen
2. Perform a BC Payment and verify if the charges are displayed or not
3. Perform a BC Cancellation and verify if the charges are displayed or not

Due to this issue, users cannot view the Charge Details
