Symptoms
When attempting to open a new Term Deposit of type 'TD- Interest in Advance', Maturity Instruction has 'Renew Principal and Interest' Option,
following error occurs.

Sorry, the deposit cannot be opened at this time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Account-->Term Deposit-->New Deposit
3. Select TD type, Interest in Advance, Maturity Instruction has 'Renew Principal and Interest' Option, submit
