Symptoms
OBVAM Diagram View under the account transaction enquiry is not working.
When user Clicks on Diagram View in Account Transaction Enquiry, system is throwing error.
ERROR

Diagram View Available only after including child accounts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBVAM
2. Navigate to Virtual Account Management -> Queries->Account Transaction Enquiry
3. Pass in Virtual Account Number
4. Click on Diagram view and is throwing error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the Diagram View
