User is Unable To Upload Documents From Initiate Bill Screen (Doc ID 3016687.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are unable to attach documents for Initiate Export Bill transactions from OBDX.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to attach documents for initiate export bill transaction.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as a corporate user
2. Trade finance -> Initiate Export bill -> attachment tab -> Upload
3. Getting below error in browser console
-----> cannot read properties of null (reading 'GetKey')

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload the document for initiate export bill transaction

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment caused this issue.
