Uploaded Document Preview and Delete Not Working and Inconsistency for Insurance and 47 B Data under Amend LC (Doc ID 3016885.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Below issues are observed while creating LC (Letter of Credit) Amend
1. On Amend LC Insurance screen even where there are no changes, in preview, it is showing as modified but, there is no compare link available showing the changes.
2. After uploading documents for Amend LC when preview button is clicked it does not work.
3. After uploading documents for Amend LC when the document needs to be deleted it is observed that nothing happens on click of Yes to confirm deletion of document.
4. 47 B data is not getting fetched from the previously created LC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. On Amend LC Insurance screen if there are no modifications, under preview, modified label should not be there.
2. Uploaded documents on Amend LC should show preview after it is uploaded.
3. After uploading documents for Amend LC when the document needs to be deleted it should get deleted after confirmation by clicking Yes button.
4. 47 B data should get fetched from the created LC which is being amended.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Amend Letter of Credit.
3. Verify the listed issues on the Insurance and Charges, Commissions and Taxes tab.
