SEPA INST Outbound transfer over Network Limit created despite warning
We have maintained network limit as 10000 in PMDNCPRF for the network SEPAINSTCRSBS. But when we booked transaction with 12000 EUR in PFDOTONL screen error was shown but in PFDOVIEW transaction is created.
ERROR

Transfer Amount is not within the defined Network Limit. Minimum amount is EUR 0 and Maximum amount is EUR 100000 PF-TXP-017
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
System should not create transaction in PADOVIEW if network limit exceeded.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Maximum amount limit as 100000 in network currency preference.
2. Go to screen PFDOTONL and provide all the details.
3. Set amount as 120000 above the limit & click save.
Even error is produced, still transaction is created in PFSOVIEW.

Changes
Fix :- PF-TXP-017 error type is now made Internal and txn now will be saved with Cancelled Status and will also show a warning
