On : 14.7.0.3.0 version, Implementation Support

SDD incorrect txn status update post cancel from SC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even post cancellation from SC, the transaction stays in SC queue with status as pending.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The transaction status should be updated as cancelled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Upload pain008
2.Consol goes to EAC queue, approve from EAC queue.
3.Underlying transaction went to Sanction queue, upload reject response from external system.
4.Go to PQSSNCKQ screen and cancel the transaction.
